It's a dream of every hair stylist to open a salon. Sometimes this dream bacomes a real nightmare. Your salon is failing. There are no customers and you have run out of ideas for improvement.

Maciej, hair stylist and owner of well prospering salon is ready to take over and demonstrate how simple changes can save small business from ruin. Our host arrives for three days. After observing the owner and employees, testing their skills and inspecting work hygiene Maciej becomes a manager and talks to dissatisfied customers. While repair crew is renovating salon Maciej invites employees to observe and learn at the backstage of fashion show, photo shoot or television show. Working under time pressure, creating fancy hairdos in extremaly difficult conditions, working outside salon - these will be the challenges prepared by Maciej.
