Tomasz Jakubiak will take a closer look at what has been the specialty of our cuisine for centuries - meat. Both he and 98 percent of Poles admit to eating meat. Today, meat dishes are associated not only with "pork" or "minced", but also with increasingly bolder connections. In this program, the chef will show viewers how to prepare tasty dishes in a simple way with delicious Polish meat and cold cuts. In each episode we will meet a local breeder who will tell us what the secret of good meat is.
