Burritos, nachos, tacos, chili, beans, enchiladas, corn, salsa ... simply delicious! Mexican cuisine is associated with colors, intense fragrances, deep spices, as well as a moment of celebration shared with family and friends. Cuisine is not just the essential part of everyday life, but also the key to understand customs, beliefs and culture of Latin Americans.
