In the new program, we look at pots and pantries of cooking enthusiasts from various regions of Poland. We will visit people who cultivate culinary traditions and derive a lot of joy from it! We will get to know their families and the secrets of recipes that they have used for generations. Ms Janinka from Podhale will reveal the ways to make smoked oscypek cheese, and Mr Zdzisław from Brzykca on the Vistula river will reveal his mother's recipe for honey jam. In Upper Silesia, a singing mother and daughter will be waiting for viewers, who will talk about the habits in family houses and advise on how to feed the hungry miner. And in the Świętokrzyskie Mountains, we will learn how to bake potato pancakes on a fire. Season 1 - 6 x 22'; produced in 2019
