Along with its pages, a story about dilemmas, ambitions and romantic choices of women looking for the truth about themselves develops. Zosia discovers the story of her great-grandmother. In 1936, Maria, a single mother with a degree in architecture, comes to the interwar capital to start a new life. In Warsaw, a woman becomes Jan Wedel's assistant.
