This reality show takes you behind the scenes of plastic surgeries. Each episode presents a few real life experiences of plastic surgery patients with their individual histories full of complexes. Discretion is not an option here. With the camera closely following surgeons to the operating theatre this show reveals the phenomenon of operations which are frequently drastic, yet extremely interesting.

Surgeons with their knives skillfully bring perfection to patients’ bodies and as a consequence often heal peoples’ minds. Sometimes this proves even a harder task to do. It seems that in many cases being a plastic surgeon is not just an ordinary job but a real mission.
